The Luxury Seaview Apartment was born from a shared vision between father and son—to create a unique place that showcases the breathtaking beauty of this part of Istria. My father lives locally in Istria and personally takes care of our guests and their stay. Together, we purchased the house in 2023 and fully renovated it into a modern, high-quality retreat designed with care, comfort, and attention to detail.
