House rules

As hosts we want to make sure you have a comfortable and safe stay in our apartment. That's why we've put together some house rules to help make living together in the apartment easier and avoid potential problems.

1. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment, you are welcome to use the balcony. Please close the balcony door while smoking to prevent cigarette smoke from entering the apartment.

2. Check-out by 10 a.m. Please put the key in the locker at the entrance. (a later check-out may be possible by arrangement)

3. Please be considerate of our other guests and keep to the room volume in the apartment, especially when it comes to the volume of music or TV. Pay attention to the night's rest and avoid noise after 10:00 p.m.

4. Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

5. Throwing paper, scraps of food, or other trash down the toilet can cause a clog. Please only use the waste bin provided for this purpose.

6. Please turn off all lights, air conditioners and electrical appliances when leaving the apartment.

7. Please use the kitchen responsibly and leave it in a clean condition.

8. Please note that the apartment is designed for the number of guests booked. Additional guests are not allowed without prior agreement with the landlord.

9. It can happen to anyone that something falls, breaks, or gets dirty. We would be very pleased if you inform us of such mishaps promptly so that we can replace them promptly, preferably before your departure.

10. You have the entire apartment at your disposal, with everything it has to offer. Please handle the inventory with care so that future guests can also enjoy the rental property.

11. Please only put clean crockery, pots and cutlery back in the cupboards

12. The communal washing machine is located in the laundry room on the ground floor, to the right of apartment 2. To use it, we ask you to put your name on the list provided.

13. The communal grill is downstairs on the terrace. After use, we ask you to leave it in a clean condition so that the next guest can continue to use it.
