1. Scope These Terms and Conditions apply to the rental of the “Luxury Seaview Apartment” via our website as well as for direct booking inquiries.

2. Booking and Contract Conclusion By making a booking through our website or receiving a written booking confirmation, a binding rental agreement is concluded between the guest and the provider.

3. Prices and Payment All prices are stated per accommodation and per night. Payment terms will be communicated individually during the booking process.

4. Cancellation Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the agreed check-in time. In case of a later cancellation or no-show, the full booking amount will be charged.

5. Check-in and Check-out Check-in is available from 15:00 (3:00 PM). Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Use of the Accommodation The accommodation may only be used by the registered guests. Parties, excessive noise, or disruptive behaviour are not permitted.

7. Liability Guests are liable for any damage caused to the property or its furnishings during their stay. We assume no responsibility for guests’ personal belongings.

8. House Rules The applicable house rules form part of these Terms and Conditions and will be provided to guests before or during their stay.

9. Final Provisions The laws of the Republic of Croatia shall apply. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
